Song context :

After Parvati's wedding, Devdas goes comfort himself in Chandramukhi's (Madhuri Dixit) arms. The two women learn about the other, and develop a relationship based on jealousy, then on a real and deep friendship. They meet during the festival of Durga Pooja, to dance in honour of their common love interest : Devdas.

If, all along, Parvati and Chandramukhi are having fun celebrating, they can't help themselves but to look towards their future. To keep Devdas safe, the courtesan should marry him... but how could she, if he only thinks about Paro? Anyway, neither of them can have him, because Parvati is married, and Chandramukhi can't escape from the night world.

Never mind, their love will stay in their bindiya, their sleep, their soul and their body !
